Short Term and Long Term Disability

Flexible Spending Accounts – Health Care and Dependent Care
- Pay for out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars
- Participate in either or both FSAs
- Contribute up to $5000 per year
- Receive reimbursement for expenses not fully covered by the medical, pharmacy, dental, or vision plans (deductibles, co-pays, hearing aids, over the counter drugs)
401(k) Retirement Plan
This benefit is available to employees after six months of service, first of the month. Employees choose from several investment options and make contributions with pre-tax dollars, thus reducing their taxable income. As part of the discretionary match program, Capella can choose to match a specific portion of an employee’s salary deferral contributions. Matching contributions are typically funded once per year, after the close of the plan year.
